– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion. In such cases, we will
notify you and refund your payment if applicable.

3. Payments:
– All prices listed on our website are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges.
– Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for shipping.

4. Shipping and Delivery:
– We strive to process orders promptly and ship them within the estimated time frame provided. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
– Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid any delays or issues.

5. Returns and Refunds:

– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom. By using our website and making purchases, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

REFUND POLICY
The Refund Policy at Kaynat Coffee states that if goods are returned because they are faulty, the customer is entitled to a refund within a reasonable time. This refund is provided under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). If a customer exercises their right to cancel their order, they
will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. The cancellation period lasts for fourteen days from the day the customer receives the goods.
The goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If the customer cancels their order without giving a reason, they may be required to return the goods and cover the cost of return shipping. Kaynat Coffee has the right to cancel any order before dispatch and in such cases, a full refund will be provided within 14 days.
Once the customer completes the checkout process, their order becomes binding. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details of the order, including quantity, product type, grind variant, billing and shipping information, and delivery service, are correct and suitable. This also applies to subscription supply, where the buyer must ensure that all details of their subscription are correct prior to scheduled charge dates. Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted for business to business transactions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (2013 No. 3134). You are entitled to cancel your order without providing any reason. The cancellation period for contracts
involving the supply of goods begins on the day the contract is concluded. Typically, this cancellation period lasts for 14 days, starting from the day following the day you receive the goods.
However, the cancellation period may be shorter for perishable goods, as indicated by us or on the goods themselves. In such cases, you must return the goods before their expiry or within 14 days, whichever is shorter. If you fail to return perishable items within this specified period, you

PAYMENTS
At Kaynat Coffee, we accept credit and debit card payments from various major card providers. Payments made on our website are securely processed by Stripe or PayPal. Rest assured that all card transactions are conducted through a secure encrypted server. However, for a more detailed understanding of how your personal data is handled by these providers, please refer to our privacy policy.

DELIVERY
Please expect to receive your order within a maximum of 28 working days, although most items will be dispatched within 24/48 working hours. In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods within this timeframe, we will promptly notify the consumer and mutually agree on an alternative delivery time. If an agreement cannot be reached, a refund will be offered.
Do take note that as we roast our products according to order, we may not always be able to dispatch them on the same day the order is placed.
Additionally, for flavoured orders, please be aware that we require additional time for preparation and therefore cannot dispatch them on the same day. We collaborate with reputable delivery services such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and UPS to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. Please note that all roasted coffee orders are eligible for free shipping. Moreover, orders weighing over 2kg will be automatically upgraded to a 24-hour delivery service at no additional cost.

ROASTING POLICY
All of our coffee is freshly roasted to order, including the flavouring and grinding processes. Our roasting takes place daily from Monday to Friday, utilizing roasters of various capacities: 1kg, 5kg, and 60kg. Kindly be aware that despite employing different destoning systems, it is possible for occasional debris, such as stones, to be present in the coffee. We cannot accept liability for any damages resulting from this occurrence.
